Duck Does Vampire

I’m not big into halloween, or basically anything scary. In fact, normal life is scary enough for me.

But there are some vampire characters out there that I must admit to having a soft spot for.

The earliest vampire that I came into contact with was good old Count Von Count. You know, the counting vampire from Sesame Street.

I do a wicked impression of him … ah ah ah! As an aside, the only other impressions that I do are ‘The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow’ from the musical Annie, and a laughing duck.

However, the most lovable vampire out there has got to be Otto von Chriek, from Terry Pratchett’s Discworld novels. We first meet Otto in The Truth.

If you’re not familiar with Otto, he’s taken the vow to abstain from ‘the b-vord’. Otto also has a passion for photography, despite experiencing immense pain and crumbling into a pile of ashes when he uses the flash.
